27th Annual 'Run and Stride with Pride'
5K Run and Walk

Saturday, July 19th 2008, 10:00 A.M.

An official event of San Diego LGBT Pride 2008.

One of the four runs in the Pride Run Grand Slam.

Start off your Pride 2008 celebration with a 5K Run/Walk along the parade route!

Race details:
  • USAT&F Sanctioned and Certified (CA07032RS) 5K course.
  • 10:00 A.M. start time for both 5K run and walk.
  • Race start and finish: University Avenue at Center Street.
  • Chip timing and race results by Prime Time.
  • Out and back fast flat course along the Pride parade route
Free parking and shuttle service from the Naval Medical Center to the race starting at 7:15 A.M.
Awards to first three finishers in each age division of the run.
Race T-shirts and goodie bags for all registered runners and walkers!
Post-event celebrations with snacks.
Entry fees: $25 through July 12th, $30 through July 18th, race day $35.
Register by downloading the registration form (1.4 MB) and mailing it to the address on the form.
Beneficiary: Net proceeds to benefit The Center's Youth Housing Project
